Who I Am

I am a follower of Jesus, entrusted with the privilege of leading others with humility, courage, and love. My leadership exists to create safety, clarity, and space for people to become who they were made to be.

My Purpose as a Leader

My purpose is to elevate the people around me — helping them bring their ideas to life, discover their God-given potential, and experience the confidence that comes from being valued, supported, and believed in.

How I Show Up

Legacy I Aim to Leave

I want my family, my team, and those I lead to say I made their lives better — that I gave them safety, confidence, encouragement, and space to thrive.
I want to be remembered not just for what I built, but for who I helped people become.
